What types of balloon displays do you offer?
(Do you do arches, garlands, centerpieces, balloon walls, etc.?)
At our company, we specialize in a wide array of balloon services to meet your event needs. Our offerings include stunning balloon garlands, elegant centerpieces, unique custom sculptures, and personalized prints. Additionally, we provide lighted balloons for a whimsical touch and exquisite fantasy flowers that add a creative flair to any occasion. Whether it's a corporate event, wedding, birthday celebration, or any special gathering, we are dedicated to bringing your vision to life with our balloon artistry.
How far in advance should I place my order? (What’s the minimum lead time for birthday parties, holidays, or corporate events?)
For larger events, we highly recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure availability. Please note that we operate on a first come, first serve basis. Our busiest times of the year are during Pride in the summer and throughout December for holiday events leading up to New Year’s Eve. Given the high demand, these dates tend to book as much as 8 months in advance. To secure your reservation, we encourage you to call us and book your order immediately to get on our schedule.
Do you offer delivery and installation? (Is setup included? Are there additional fees based on location or size of the display?)
We are delighted to offer delivery and installation services for your balloon arrangements. For our home base in Park Circle, delivery is complimentary.
For events held downtown and on the surrounding islands, delivery fees are determined based on mileage. For events in New York City, we have a flat rate delivery fee of $250, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in the contract.
What areas do you serve? (Do you cover the entire Charleston and NYC metro areas? Are there travel fees outside of those regions?)
We are pleased to offer our balloon services to any location, as we have traveled extensively across the US to bring our creativity to various events. Our three main service areas are Charleston, SC, New York City, and Nashville, TN. Please let us know the location of your event, and we will do everything we can to make it a success.
Can I customize the color scheme and theme? (Do you match specific themes like gender reveals, holidays, or corporate branding?)
We take pride in our ability to offer complete customization for all your balloon needs. If it's available in the market, we either have it in stock or can source it for you. Our extensive collection features 126 shades of color in seven different sizes, with over 5 million balloons readily available to meet your specific requirements.
Additionally, if you're looking for a particular color, we have a specialized technique that allows us to match and create literally any Pantone color to perfectly align with your vision.
Moreover, we provide custom printing options, enabling you to enhance your decorations with logos or personalized designs that represent your brand or the recipient in a unique way. Our goal is to help you create an engaging and memorable experience tailored to your event's needs.
How long will the balloons last? (Are they air- or helium-filled? Indoor vs outdoor longevity?)
We understand that while balloons bring joy and festivity, the concern of them popping is a common consideration. We take every measure possible to ensure that your balloons last as long as they can. Some strategies we implement include using thicker, larger balloons that are sized down and pre-stretching them to accommodate for changes in temperature.
It’s important to note that all balloons, whether indoors or outdoors, will eventually experience oxidation, which can result in a matte finish over time. Therefore, strategic placement is essential to enhancing their longevity.
It's worth mentioning that latex balloons are biodegradable, which is a positive attribute, but exposure to heat and sunlight can accelerate the degradation process. Additionally, darker colors—such as blues, purples, blacks, browns, and dark reds—tend to have a shorter lifespan when subjected to outdoor conditions.
For indoor balloons, you can expect them to last for weeks or even months, particularly if they are kept in a climate-controlled environment, where oxidation still occurs but at a much slower rate.
When it comes to helium balloons, they can be more delicate. Foil balloons typically last anywhere from 2 to 30 days, while untreated latex balloons offer around 12 hours of float time. To enhance the longevity of latex balloons, we utilize a product called High-Float. After application and allowing it to dry, we can extend the float time to approximately 3 to 5 days.

What happens if the weather is bad for an outdoor setup? (Do you reschedule, offer refunds, or adapt the design?)
We understand that weather can be unpredictable, especially for outdoor events, and we appreciate your flexibility in planning. While outdoor events do carry some inherent risks, we always have the option to move indoors if conditions become unfavorable.
In the event of a cancellation, we can arrange to drop off the inflated balloons for use at a later date. However, please note that we do not offer refunds due to weather-related issues or other acts of God, as these circumstances are beyond our control.
What is your pricing structure? (Do you offer packages or a la carte pricing? What’s your starting price point?)
We’re happy to offer a variety of seasonal packages and promotions aimed at providing you with the best value for your investment. Our goal is to help you maximize your budget, and instead of focusing solely on one large garland, we can create smaller arrangements and integrate additional pieces that complement your theme and colors beautifully.
Whether your budget ranges from $25 to $25,000, we are committed to crafting a design that meets your vision and needs.
It's important to note that we have more flexibility with air-filled designs compared to helium-based arrangements. However, due to the current global helium shortage, the prices for helium are less flexible and may be higher than usual. Just like fuel prices, they are determined by market conditions, and we do our best to ensure you’re informed about these costs.

Do you require a deposit? (What’s your payment process—deposit, balance due, cancellation/refund policy?)
We appreciate your understanding of our payment policies. To ensure a smooth process, we require full payment prior to inflating any balloons. If you are representing a school or business that operates on a net 30 or 90-day payment schedule, we are open to discussing alternative arrangements that may align with your payment terms.
For further details, specific payment policies, and any additional information, you will receive a comprehensive contract that outlines all aspects of our agreement.
Can you work with my event planner or venue?(Do you coordinate logistics or site visits with third-party vendors?)
Absolutely, we understand the importance of staying on schedule and being informed about every detail of the process. Collaborating with your chosen venue and planner is essential, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.
In terms of venue considerations, safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. We utilize methods such as magnets, clips, and ties for our installations, which allow us to create beautiful displays without causing any damage to the space. We do not use nails, glue, or tape, ensuring that the venue remains in pristine condition.
Do you offer same-day or rush orders? (Is there an upcharge or cutoff time for last-minute orders?)
Yes, we do offer same-day rush orders and pickups! To ensure that we can accommodate your request, please give us a call as soon as possible. Our schedule can be quite busy, as our owner and designer, Hampton, travels extensively to provide balloon decorations at various locations.
Do you provide breakdown/cleanup services after the event? (If not, what should I do with the display once the event ends?)
Yes, we offer the option for both installation and striking of balloon decorations. While many clients prefer to keep the balloons for as long as possible, we understand that certain corporate events or specific venues may require the strike to occur the same night.
Please note that there is a strike fee associated with this service, which will be determined based on factors such as time and distance. All details regarding this, along with any associated costs, will be clearly outlined in the contract you receive.
Do you offer a latex-free option? (This is a common issue in hospitals, schools, nursing homes)
We understand that certain venues, such as hospitals, schools, and nursing homes, may have restrictions on the use of latex balloons. To accommodate these requirements, we offer a range of latex-free options.
Our collection includes beautiful foil balloons available in various colors, sizes, and designs. Utilizing only foil will not hinder our creativity; in fact, it allows us to create stunning and vibrant arrangements that meet your needs while adhering to venue guidelines.
